We will taste 2 Chianti and 2 Chianti Riserva from different subzones and we will pair them with 2 italian cheeses ad 2 italian cured meats.
Cross matchings will teach us how to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of each wine and cheese.
Wine and cheese may be substituted depending on product availability.
