1. In general
www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo supplies, upon the request of the client, a catering service focused on guided tastings of wine and food specialties in venues chosen by the client. The venues where the guided tastings take place are private homes, villas, apartments, etc. rented for the purpose of tourism or work by the client. www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo, upon the request of the client, shall contact the owner of the property for the exclusive purpose of logistics.
The client assumes all responsibility relative to the progress of the event. The client will be responsible for any insurance claims for damage to persons and things.

2. Offer and order confirmation
www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo offers the client, via the web site, a choice of 3 different guided tastings and the possibility of a fourth, tailor-made alternative on request.
After having chosen the program, www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo will send a detailed confirmation to the client, communicating the amount of deposit due, and the balance to be paid at a later date. The agreement is binding at the moment in which www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo receives the deposit for the service.
The prices shown include VAT. www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo reserves the right to alter the prices based on market influences and on venues outside of the Miami area.

3. Modifications
Modifications to the reservation by the client may be done as follows:
The client must notify www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo by e.mail not more than 5 days before the event. If necessary, the supplier will recalculate the price of the service and communicate the updated balance to be paid prior to the event .
The client may still modify the type of service and/or number of participants up until 5 days prior, but in the case the balance be lower than what was communicated at the booking time, www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo will reimburse 70 % of the difference less bank fees.
There will be no reimbursement, if written or verbal notification is received less than 5 days before the planned event, for any monies paid relative to participants not in the position to attend the event

4. Deposit and Balance
A 50% deposit must be paid based on the type of tasting and on the number of participants. The deposit must be paid at the moment of the reservation, which normally is effected no later than 15 days before the scheduled event. The balance must be paid prior to the event.

5. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation up to and including 5 days prior to the event and not later, the deposit will be reimbursed in full less any bank charges incurred by www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo
In the event of a cancellation of the reservation 5 days or less prior the event, there will be no reimbursement to the client.
The client is responsible for the area in which www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo will perform the catering event / guided tasting.

6. Delay or inability to supply
www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo assumes no responsibility in the event of delay arriving to the venue caused by sickness, impediments not caused by the supplier, or Acts of God. In the event of a delay of more than two hours, the client will be informed and will be given the option of an alternative date if possible or a reimbursement of 70 %.
In the event of the impossibility to supply the service on the planned date due to the clear responsibility of www.italianwinepairings.com / Giancarlo Russo, the paid amount will be reimbursed in full to the client.

7. Receipt, payment
A receipt / invoice will be given after the deposit is received. Another receipt / invoice will be sent when the balance has been paid.
