What you need to know

About the tasting:

• The cheeses and cured meats are provided by specialized supppliers.
• The Italian wines are chosen according to their availability in Florida.
• The guided tasting is conducted by a Master Italian Cheese Taster fluent in English, National Meat Coordinator of Slow Food Italy, teacher of Salami courses and a Slowwine Guide Contributor.
• We will provide everything (glasses, plates, forks, etc) necessary for the Tasting.

 

About the event:

• We require a minimum of 4 people.
• Maximum 25 people.
• An extra charge will be incurred for venues outside the Miami area.
• Book well in advance (at least 15 days) choosing a precise date. We will confirm availability within 3 days.
• A 50% deposit will be due upon confirmation.
• Full advance payment due before the Tasting.
