We will taste a white wine from the north of Italy, a red wine from Tuscany and a dessert wine from Sicily. We will pair them with fresh , semi-aged, and aged cheeses produced with different milk ( Cow, Goat and Sheep ).
Cross matchings which teach us how to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of each wine and cheese.
Wine and cheese may be substituted depending on product availability.
